The Raiders had more fight in them in game two, falling in an early five-point hole before pulling within 12-11 on a block. Unfortunately, Aurora would respond with an extended 13-3 run to take a 2-0 lead in the match. The Spartans then hit .565 in the third set to close out the match.
Aurora had 44 kills in just 93 attacks on the night, committing just 13 errors. Meanwhile, MSOE tallied 29 kills on 100 attacks against 19 errors. A big factor in the match was a 46-30 discrepancy in digs, favoring Aurora.
