Lindsley Earns Top Ten At Rain Shortened WLC Invite

HARTFORD, Wis. – MSOE men's golf hit the links again this weekend, heading to Hartford, Wis. to take place in the WLC Fall Invitational. What was supposed to be a two-day event ended after just one round thanks to showers that delivered multiple inches of rain to the area. The Red & White still turned in respectable results however, led by an individual top ten finish.

T-11th out of 14

Bryce Lindsley topped the Red & White staff this weekend in the rain shortened event. Lindsley turned in a round of 74, only two strokes off of the par at the Washington County Golf Course. This happened to be the third time the junior came into the clubhouse with a score of 74 this season. In this case it only put him four strokes off the eventual winner, and one shot behind finishing in a five way tie for second.

T-25th Garrett Schultz (+7 – 79)
T-57th Jordan Wachowiak (+13 – 85)
T-66th Bryan Edler (+14 – 86)
T-68th Anthony Koch (+15 – 87)

T-73rd Michael Barbeau (+16 – 88)

The Raiders will host the MSOE Invitational on September 29th and 30th at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wis. The tournament will serve as the final warmup before the NACC Championships on October 6th-7th.
