MADISON, Wis. – MSOE women's soccer cannot be stopped. The Raiders played against Edgewood in the state capital this evening, looking to run their winning streak to three games. They did just that, tallying their sixth victory in their last seven games with a 3-0 win over the Eagles on Wednesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
MSOE (6-3-1, 3-0-0 NACC) was an offensive force to be reckoned with tonight. The Raiders put up a total of 27 shots during the game, with 20 of them finding their way to the Edgewood (2-8-1, 0-3-0) keeper. Once again, the Red & White struck early, this time with Nikki Ratts setting up Jeray Riffel for a left footed goal at 8:54 to get MSOE on the board. All was quiet until late in the game when Mariah Trevino scored an unassisted goal at 74' to give the Raiders a much-needed insurance goal. Last but not least was Nikki Ratts once again, this time earning her second and third points of the match on a goal scored off a Gabby Hoffman pass with less than eight minutes to go to ice the 3-0 victory. 11 different Red & White players registered a shot, with 10 of them earning a least one shot on goal in the win.
- MSOE has outscored their opponents during the current three game winning streak by the total of 10-0.
- With her goal tonight, Jeray Riffel has seven points in the last three games.
- The Raiders winning streak over the Eagles now stands at six. They have shut out Edgewood in five of those six contests.

The Raiders will play in their last road game of this four game swing on Saturday night when they take on Illinois Tech in the second game of the men's/women's doubleheader starting at 6:00 pm.
