Raiders Have Tough Day On Courts

MADISON, Wis. – The Raiders women's tennis team was in and out of conference play on Saturday afternoon, as they started their day with NACC opponent Edgewood before moving on to face off against UW-River Falls. Unfortunately, the Red & White were unable to come away with a win in either match, falling to 1-5 overall and 0-2 in NACC standings.

PLAYER OF THE MATCH
Daniela Svedova is starting to make a name for herself with the results she has turned in thus far during the fall season. The junior picked up another two singles wins to go along with a doubles victory to keep her among the conference leaders in most of the majority statistical categories.

WHAT'S NEXT
It will be another doubleheader for the Raiders when they hit the hardcourt next, facing off against fellow Milwaukee NACC foes Wisconsin Lutheran and Alverno on Saturday, September 14th. Game times are set for 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
